This is one of the funniest/wrong commercials ever. The SCOTUS denial of cert on DADT will get resolved, and legally may not matter, however, morally, Obama and the Court are on the hook.

Isn’t being turned down by the court putting the issue one step closer to being heard? Or is it an indication that the SC agrees with and would uphold the lower court’s decision, but prefers not to waste time hearing the arguments or writing an opinion?
